Inside the formula

Ingredients worth understanding before you buy.

What each ingredient does and how it helps you build muscle. Default to the muscle stack; swap to the cognition stack if you want the Daily details.

Creatine+ · scroll →

01 · Creatine+ Monohydrate, clinical dose

Creatine monohydrate

5 g

Saturates your muscles with phosphocreatine, the fuel that powers heavy reps. Fuller, stronger lifts within two to three weeks. More volume = more growth over time.

02 · Creatine+ Direct mTOR signaller

Phosphatidic acid

750 mg

Flips the mTOR switch directly. That’s the same protein-synthesis pathway hard training activates. More muscle built per session you put in.

03 · Creatine+ Testosterone driver

Fadogia agrestis

600 mg

Naturally raises testosterone by signaling your body to produce more. Higher T means faster muscle protein synthesis, harder lifts, bigger gains from the same training.

04 · Creatine+ Free-T unlock

Tongkat Ali

400 mg

Frees up bound testosterone and lowers cortisol. More usable T plus less stress hormone equals faster recovery between sessions and more muscle built.

05 · Creatine+ Cortisol crusher

Ashwagandha

300 mg

Drops cortisol so your body stops eating into recovery. Better sleep, more strength out of every training block, less muscle lost to stress.

06 · Creatine+ Plant-based ecdysteroid

Turkesterone

200 mg

A plant ecdysteroid that boosts protein synthesis without touching your hormones. More muscle from the same workouts, no shutdown to worry about.

07 · Creatine+ Myostatin blocker

Epicatechin

200 mg

Suppresses myostatin, the brake your body uses to limit how much muscle you can build. Take the brakes off, build more.

08 · Creatine+ D3 + K2 MK-7

Vitamin D3+K2

4,000 IU

Vitamin D fuels testosterone production and muscle contraction. K2 directs calcium into bone instead of arteries. Quiet but load-bearing for hormones and strength.

09 · Creatine+ Bisglycinate chelate

Magnesium

40 mg

Better sleep, faster recovery, more ATP for the next session. Bisglycinate chelate so your body actually absorbs it instead of passing it through.

10 · Creatine+ Hormonal cofactor

Zinc

20 mg

Essential for testosterone production. Lifters lose zinc through sweat, and low zinc tanks T. This refills it.

11 · Creatine+ Free testosterone modulator

Boron

10 mg

Raises free testosterone and lowers SHBG, the protein that locks T away. More usable T within a week of taking it.

The math, openly

What it costs to assemble this stack yourself.

Buying each Creatine+ ingredient on Amazon, at the dose Alutic uses, from brands worth taking. Typical retail, mid-2026.

Ingredient · Alutic dose~ Amazon / month
Creatine monohydrate 5,000 mg / day$8
Phosphatidic acid 750 mg / day$55
Fadogia agrestis 600 mg / day$25
Tongkat Ali, LJ100 400 mg / day$35
Ashwagandha, KSM-66 300 mg / day$12
Turkesterone 200 mg / day$70
Epicatechin 200 mg / day$30
Vitamin D3 + K2 MK-7 4,000 IU / day$5
Magnesium bisglycinate 40 mg / day$5
Zinc 20 mg / day$8
Boron 10 mg / day$7
Total · buying separately~ $260 / mo

Prices reflect typical Amazon retail for the cleanest single-ingredient brands at the same daily dose, including branded forms (KSM-66, LJ100) where Alutic uses them. They will drift. Raw ingredient costs at industrial scale are a small fraction of either number; what you actually buy with Alutic is the dose, the third-party testing, and the label you can verify against the published certificate of analysis.

Who this is for

If you’ve tried other stacks and felt nothing, your dose was probably too low. If you’ve tried proprietary blends and felt nothing, you got played. We made this for people who’d rather not worry about what to take or whether any of it’s real.

Alutic

From people taking it

Real ones. Real results.

Before photo: shirtless man in a backwards cap standing in front of a wall, baseline physique. After photo: same man twelve weeks later showing visible muscle gain and reduced body fat.
“12 weeks, 4x a week, ate maintenance. Bench went from 225 to 290 across the block. Body comp shifted more than i expected without bulking, scale barely moved. Most of it is training but recovery is what made hitting back to back sessions possible.”

Marcus, Denver Verified

Individual result. 12-week resistance training block, four sessions a week, calories at maintenance. Photos not retouched. Not typical, results vary with training, sleep and nutrition.

Before photo: young man in a tank top, flexing his arm to show baseline muscle development. After photo: same man four months later, shirtless and visibly leaner with more developed shoulders and chest.
“Started grinding in January, just plain creatine + protein. Swapped to Creatine+ around month two, 4x a week, small surplus. Around the 3 month mark I started feeling way fuller and recovery hit different. Pics are about a year apart but I only really started getting bigger recently. Lifts crept up too, squat almost doubled from 225 to 380 for some reason. Not bad kid.”

Tyler, Brooklyn Verified

Individual result. 16-week resistance training block, four sessions a week, small caloric surplus. Photos not retouched. Not typical, results vary with training, sleep and nutrition.

Before photo: young man in front of a mirror at home, baseline lean physique. After photo: same man twelve weeks later in a locker room, visibly more developed shoulders, chest and arms.
“Got labs done before and after. Testosterone went from 450 to 890 in 3 months. I started to care more about my diet so that could have done something but still lowkey never felt more motivated to go to the gym.”

Daniel, Austin Verified

Individual result. Private blood panel, same lab and morning draw at both timepoints, alongside a 12-week training block on Creatine+. Photos not retouched. Not typical. Serum testosterone responds to baseline, sleep, body fat, training and diet, not any single supplement.

Before photo: young man in pajama pants taking a mirror selfie, lean baseline build, evening lighting. After photo: same man in the gym locker room twelve weeks later, visibly leaner with more developed shoulders and chest.
“Plain creatine + protein for over a year, lifts stuck for 6 months. Deadlift dead at 365, squat and bench was cooked. Switched to Creatine+ in February, same training, same diet. 3 months in deadlift jumped to 445, put 20+ pounds on every other compound and all my lifts went up. Placed 3rd in my local meet last weekend, gonna keep running it.”

Jake, Phoenix Verified

Individual result. 12-week resistance training block, five sessions a week, small caloric surplus. Photos not retouched. Not typical, results vary with training, sleep and nutrition.

Questions worth answering properly

Read these, the answers are not marketing.

One scoop mixed in water with breakfast or before training, any time of day. No loading phase. Take it consistently: creatine and phosphatidic acid saturate across the first two to three weeks, and the hormonal-support botanicals accrue over an eight-week block.
Mixed timelines. Creatine itself produces fuller-feeling lifts and faster recovery within two to three weeks. The Tongkat / Fadogia / Turkesterone trio for hormonal markers and phosphatidic acid for hypertrophy accrue over four to twelve weeks. Don’t judge week one.
Creatine+ is built for continuous use. Creatine and phosphatidic acid saturate over the first weeks and stay there. The hormonal-support botanicals (Tongkat Ali, Fadogia, Turkesterone) are often run in eight-to-twelve-week blocks with a short off-cycle, which is conservative practice rather than a safety requirement.
Plain creatine works. It’s the most-studied ergogenic in sports nutrition, and if it’s the only thing you want, monohydrate by the bag is a fine choice. Creatine+ is built for people who’d also be stacking phosphatidic acid for hypertrophy, Tongkat / Fadogia / Turkesterone for hormonal support, Ashwagandha for recovery and the D3+K2 / magnesium / zinc / boron cofactors that quietly compound, but don’t want eleven separate bottles and the bill that comes with them.
Both have a long history of traditional use and a small but growing body of human research at the doses we use. As with anything that touches the endocrine system, don’t take Creatine+ if you’re under 18, pregnant, breastfeeding, on hormone therapy, or being treated for a hormone-sensitive condition. Check with your doctor if you’re unsure.
Proprietary blends exist so a brand can list impressive ingredients while hiding how little of each is in the serving. We disclose every milligram so you can check it against the trials yourself. The trade-off is that competitors can copy our label, and we think that’s the right side to be on.
Every lot is tested by an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory for identity, potency, heavy metals and microbials before it ships. Certificates of analysis are published by lot number, match the code on your pouch to its CoA.

The companion stack

If you also want the cognitive side, Daily is built for it.

Creatine+ is the training stack. Alutic Daily is the eight-ingredient nootropic complement, dosed the same way: every milligram printed, every active in a form backed by human trials.
